Long live the king!

King's Day is a happy day where orange upstairs is still popular! This year, King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima will visit Amersfoort on Saturday 27 April. A day full of festivities that everyone can share. Either in Amersfoort, or just at home and at school. We are already looking forward to it!

Tompoezen, orange bitter and orange cake .... mmmm, all that goodies is only special one day in the year: King's Day! And if there is a reason to give a party or to go to a party, then this day is perfect for that. And of course we will decorate everything festive! Red, white and blue, but especially orange! Everything for a sunny King's Day can be ordered at Joy & Co. Decorations and party items. Cheerful, orange trays and boxes for serving or packing special snacks and treats. All in royal style. It can not be a magician!

Decorate King's Games 2019

In most schools there is something fun organized to celebrate the birthday of our king. Does your children's school participate in the King's Games on April 12, 2019? Then Joy & Co really does everything possible to make this Orange Festival a big success. Orange party items, but also red, white and blue decorations are super easy to combine at every king's day party. With lanterns, self-folded pompons and balloons in these colors, everything gets a Royal allure for one day.

Is cake making, despite everything, the King's Day tradition? Would I still choose that beautiful orange baking string to hang the cake with orange pegs. Or replace the gingerbread with orange bacon. Another fun game with the orange baking string is to make a clothesline and to organize a contest 'who hangs the orange laundry the fastest'. With the orange pegs of course!
